About ChainPot

ChainPot is a real-time, on-chain multiplayer gaming platform on Solana. Pay a SOL entry fee, play a live game of skill against real people, and the winner takes the pot — settled on-chain in seconds.

On-chain by design

Entry fees and payouts are custodied by a Solana program, not by us. When you join a room your fee is escrowed on-chain; when the match ends the program pays the winner directly. There is no custodial balance and no withdrawal queue.

You can verify the program yourself on Solana Explorer (2atqYNofVyvTnXfiXms3NqwHUHNFgUJieCimVFmwoXcw).

What you can play

There are two games so far. Snake is a last-one-standing survival game: play it as a 1v1 duel, as an arena of up to twenty players, or in an always-open Cashout room you can join at any moment and leave with whatever you have banked. Football is decided on goals instead of survival, with team sizes from 1v1 up to 8v8, and the winning side splits the pot between its players.

Every room is priced in SOL and shows its entry fee and pot before you join. See all games for a fuller breakdown of each one.

Where the money goes

The platform takes a published 5% fee per seat and the winner receives the remaining 95% of the pot — a winning football team splits that equally. Cashout rooms work differently: a flat 0.02 SOL joining fee sits on top of the entry tier, and the entry itself funds the payouts inside the room. 1v1 rooms carry a 0.01 SOL per-seat floor on the fee so that very small duels cannot be used to spam the lobby.

Nothing else is deducted. Cancel before a 1v1 or arena room starts and your entry refunds in full, minus on-chain gas; a football match level at full time refunds every entry and keeps only the fee. If you were referred by another player, 20% of the fee you pay is routed to them in the same transaction. The FAQ works through the arithmetic, and the Terms list it per room type.

Provably fair, no bots

Every match runs on a server-authoritative simulation and settles on-chain, so outcomes are verifiable. Every opponent is a real player who paid the same entry fee — there are no house bots and the platform never plays against you.

Server-authoritative means the match is simulated on our servers rather than in your browser. Your client sends inputs and draws what it is told; it never decides who died, who scored, or who won. Patching the game in your browser therefore changes nothing about the result, and the same is true of everyone you are playing against.

Outcomes are not random. There is no shuffle, no roll and no house draw anywhere in a match — the result follows from what the players did, which is what makes these games of skill rather than chance.

Play responsibly

ChainPot is a real-money game of skill. Only play with funds you can afford to lose, and make sure it’s legal where you live. Please read our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure before playing.
